Here is a summary of the proposals and discussion from this week. Since 
there is a lot to cover and we have 60 minutes, we'll need to be 
efficient.  The primary goal for tomorrow is to determine what we would 
like to take to the WCAG WG for feedback (in the Thursday telecon) as well 
as determine next actions for each person for the next week. We will give 
higher priority to those items that may effect the wording of success 
criteria, guidelines, and definitions (e.g., abbreviation and acronym).

We'll go through each proposal and determine next actions related to it 
(team b approves/send to WCAG WG for discussion, needs more work) as well 
as each success criterion to determine next actions.
