I also did the final clean up so that the draft passes W3C "publication rules" (pubrules). On tomorrow's call, I plan to poll votes for the group to "sign-off" the publication of this draft. If you can not attend the call, please send your vote by e-mail (to the list) at the *latest* by the end of the call time (Tuesday 7 June 2005, 19:00 CET).
