Re: TCDL usage document: what is its purpose?

Good job on the document. I had a couple of questions:

(1) Abstract - will there be a link to the actual WCAG2.0 techniques where
"WCAG2.0 Techniques" is referenced? Also, "content samples" is mentioned
- what is the difference between that term and "test sample"? If "content
sample" is a separate term, then maybe it should be defined under "terms
and definitions"?

(2) Terms and Definitions - "usability" is mentioned in definitions for
"test case" and "test sample". Is usability testing intended to be done in
the context of this document? There may be some confusion since it is
stated earlier "this document describes the usage of.." What is a "content
format" and how is that different from "data format" in the "technology"
definition?

(3) Would you want to reference QA Test Development FAQ [1] as a resource
in this document?

Thanks and best wishes
