reminder of goals/vision for site redesign project

According to our vision for the site redesign at:
	http://www.w3.org/WAI/EO/2003/analysis-sum#vision
"an inspiring model for graphic design/visual appeal" is only one of
several aspects.

As we talked about last night, we did request visual design submissions
that were WOW; however, it is unlikely that we will get one that we
"can" actually implement. It does look like we will be able to implement
a design with more general visual appeal than the current site. :)
