Shadi,

You're going to be missed, there's no doubt about it.

You've done an extraordinary amount for the W3C, and your expertise will 
be missed - especially your knowledge of the EU, its standards and 
funding structures.

Wishing you the very best for wherever your adventures take you next 
(and I trust that whichever tech company it is, they know how fortunate 
they are to have you join their team).
