WCAG-EM Report Tool is Updated

Dear WAI Interest Group,

WAI is pleased to announce release of the updated:
 WCAG-EM Report Tool
 https://www.w3.org/WAI/eval/report-tool/

The WCAG-EM Report Tool turns your accessibility evaluation findings into a report. It is based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines Evaluation Methodology (WCAG-EM) that is introduced here <https://www.w3.org/WAI/test-evaluate/conformance/wcag-em/>

Changes from the previous version of the tool include:
* Added Markdown support for observations, so you can include code examples, images, links, and more
* Added status section with progress bars, so you can more easily tell how much of your report is completed
* Improved performance
For details, see the changelog <https://github.com/w3c/wai-wcag-em-report-tool/wiki/Changelog:-What's-new-in-the-2021-redesign-of-the-WCAG-EM-Report-Tool>

If you have reports created with the previous version of the tool, you can open those reports in this updated tool. It is "backwards compatible".

The previous version is still available, and moved to <https://w3c.github.io/wcag-em-report-tool/#!/ > The previous version is no longer supported.

We welcome your suggestions for the next update of the tool. Please share them via e-mail or GitHub with the links provided near the bottom of the tool in the "Help improve this page" box.
