Overall purpose: Identify what needs doing to close down P-2021



1) Assign scribe, etc.,

2) Agenda bash. 
   
3) Status reports
   3.1) PSIG Report. Do we need PP protection on Registry Definitions? Tooling considerations? Other take-aways from PSIG?
   3.2) Editor report: what’s holding us back from sending to the AB so they can send it to the team and the AC?

4) Agenda+

I am concerned that we maybe should land:

Does anyone want to raise anything else as potentially to land in P2021?

7)  Editorial:
* reorganize as suggested in <https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-w3process/2021Apr/0001.html>
should we re-organize into a more rational overall structure? 

   Generally, 
      * put all Groups into one chapter: constitutional (AC, AB, TAG) and chartered
      * put all Products into one chapter: Recommendations, Notes and Statements, Registries
   Tidy up otherwise (including the notorious clause 4)
