IRC is #w3process

Log of prior meeting at <https://www.w3.org/2021/04/14-w3process-minutes.html>

Usual meeting time: SECOND and FOURTH WEDNESDAY OF THE MONTH AT 7AM PACIFIC. See <https://www.w3.org/groups/cg/w3process/calendar>

Overall purpose: Identify what needs doing to close down P-2021

1) Assign scribe, etc.,

2) Agenda bash.

3) Status reports
   3.1) PSIG Report. Do we need PP protection on Registry Definitions? Tooling considerations? Other take-aways from PSIG?
   3.2) Editor report: what’s holding us back from sending to the AB so they can send it to the team and the AC?
   3.3) I don’t see any non-agenda+ recent Issues that should be triaged <https://github.com/w3c/w3process/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+created%3A%3E2021-03-10+-label%3AAgenda%2B>

4) Agenda+

4.1) Agenda+ to close, should be quick; bulk approval, please check in advance.

Rules on where deliverables are developed: https://github.com/w3c/w3process/issues/322

Are all WDs on the Rec Track: https://github.com/w3c/w3process/issues/236

Who publishes Technical Reports?: https://github.com/w3c/w3process/issues/351

allow public review comments and public visibility of AC review comments:
  <https://github.com/w3c/w3process/issues/38>
  <https://github.com/w3c/w3process/issues/63>
handled via <https://github.com/w3c/w3process/pull/526>

4.2) Pull Requests <https://github.com/w3c/w3process/pulls?q=is%3Aopen+label%3AAgenda%2B+type%3Apr>

Several pull requests at time of writing.

4.3) Issues <https://github.com/w3c/w3process/issues?q=is%3Aopen+label%3AAgenda%2B+type%3Aissue>

Several issues at the time of writing. I’d like to be crisp.

5) Check of issues raised by the AC on the last update. All the ones I think we should address are on the Agenda+ list. Does ANYONE see an issue in
  <https://github.com/w3c/w3process/issues?q=is%3Aopen+label%3AAC-review+type%3Aissue+-label%3AAgenda%2B>
     that we should address?

6) Check P2021 Milestone. <https://github.com/w3c/w3process/issues?q=is%3Aissue+is%3Aopen+milestone%3A%22Process+2021%22+-label%3AAgenda%2B+-label%3A%22AC-review%22>

I am concerned that we maybe should land:

* what are substantive changes to a charter: <https://github.com/w3c/w3process/issues/28>
* abandoning a note?: <https://github.com/w3c/w3process/issues/50>

Does anyone want to raise anything else as potentially to land in P2021?

7)  Editorial:
* reorganize as suggested in <https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/public-w3process/2021Apr/0001.html>
should we re-organize into a more rational overall structure?

   Generally,
      * put all Groups into one chapter: constitutional (AC, AB, TAG) and chartered
      * put all Products into one chapter: Recommendations, Notes and Statements, Registries
   Tidy up otherwise (including the notorious clause 4)

The usual closers:

8) Next meeting. 28 April but the chair may have trouble that week.
8) Any other business.
