The purpose of these meetings has been to agree on the resolution of open issues, close them where possible or assign actions to move toward closure.

1. Review Open Action Items

2. ISSUE-100: Should it be possible to publish a pr before a call for exclusion ends
David Singer proposes adding a Note to the process to point out the possibility exists and to proceed with an early termination with caution.

3. Review Wayne Carrs Comments on the Process 2015 draft out for Review

4. ISSUE-152: Process2014 Regresses Editorial Revision of RECs
This issue as originally proposed is out for AC input. Wayne Carr has noted that we should also update the definition of "Editorial Change" and has proposed text for this.

5. Review other Open and Raised Issues

6. Any Other Business
