Section 2.2 Team Description

It appears that in your latest 21 December Process Document draft [1] you have implement part of the Resolution on Section 2.2 recorded in the minutes [2]of the 2014/12/16 Process Document TF Telcon. The resolution read:

RESOLUTION: remove paragraphs 4 and 5 of section 2.2 and in paragraph 3 add "director's duties are described throughout the document, some key ones include"

Earlier in the discussion, Jeff suggested the following for the "key ones":

jeff: similar to SteveZ 's suggestion "director has role as L-T-A, responsibilities are described elsewhere in the document, some of the /key/ responsibilities include consensus, publishing TR, appointing chairs, handling appeals of WG decisions"

I would note that in the current draft, paragraphs 4 (CEO duties) and 5 (COO duties) remain and in paragraph 3 (Directors duties) the includes list does not match that suggested by Jeff and lists some other duties that are covered elsewhere in the document. (I do note that the list Jeff gave needs some expansion to be coherent.)

Can you please update the draft to match the Resolution and the discussion that preceded it.
