I don't understand why this issue needed to be raised in such an unfortunate way. 
There is nothing specific in Art's assessment to WhatWG but rather to stable spec releases.
Phrasing the issue this way just allowed some additional twitter trolling against the w3c and will jot yield to anything productive.
I just want to make it clear that as an AC rep I do not support this issue, I do not support the way some meetings recollection are being used and interpreted here, and I really don't see where does all this serve the w3c
