Last month the W3C Advisory Board met to establish our priorities for
the next 12 months. We identified 9 focus projects [1] and identified
a champion willing to drive the work.

You can go to the wiki [2] to find out more information about the set of
choices that we had and what our consensus was. Other projects of
interest to the AB can be found at [2].

Most of these projects will operate in the public and we are looking for
volunteers from the public. For those that are looking for volunteers,
I indicate below where people can volunteer. /People are encouraged to
go to the wiki and volunteer their names to serve of these task forces
or contact the task force leads/.
**1*. *Identify work not destined for success.* Lead: Mike Champion [3]
*2. Identify the most important priorities for the Web and W3C.* Lead:

*3. Improve agility of W3C.* Lead: Chris Wilson [5]
*4. W3C Process Revision 2015.* Lead: Steve Zilles, Editor: Chaals
