   debbie: for issue 65, prepared a document, but should
   prioritize features

   debbie: will update table with feature priorities

   dirk: did something on user setting issue number 50
   . made table of contents dynamic

   dirk: modified secton 3.3.6 to discuss user settings
   . some guidance on how to select language

   debbie: location of user might suggest the language

   dirk: bilingual input should be accommodated

   debbie: user could have different settings for input and output
   . language

   dirk: sketch out general pattern of accommodating user
   settings, and suggest that it should be followed unless there's
   a good reason

   dirk: there should be a component in the architure to store
   user settings "Personalization"
   . it should be part of the "Context"

   debbie: personalization is related to accessibility

   dirk: leave #50 open

   Program Committee

   debbie: next, form PC and send out Call for Participation

   dirk: how to receive proposals/

   kaz: we could have a mailing list can manage most of the work
   on GitHub

   debbie: how long to get PC together?

   kaz: by the end of July, get input at the end of August

   debbie: put together agenda, publicize, maybe the workshop
   should be scheduled for October

   debbie: we should wait until information is finalized to tell
   people

   representation

   debbie: we can put together a list of PC members and discuss
   next time
