Voice Interaction Community Group -- getting started

So far we have 8 participants, so how about if we get started? I think it
would be great if everyone posted a note to this list introducing yourself
and saying what topics you're interested in working on. 

I'll start by saying that I'm a consultant in speech technologies and I've
been working on speech and multimodal standards since the beginning of the
Voice Browser Working Group in 1999. I'm the Chair of the Multimodal
Interaction Working Group and I also belong to the Accessible Web Platform
Working Group. I think all of the topics in our mission statement are
important, but I would probably be most interested in dialogue management
languages.
