If I use itemtypes from different namespaces I have to state the all
namespaces of the corresponding itemprops explicitly? Would the
following example (mixing schema.org and Dublin Core) be correct?

    <div itemscope itemtype ="http://schema.org/Book
    http://purl.org/dc/terms/BibliographicResource" >
        <h1 itemprop="http://schema.org/name
    http://purl.org/dc/elements/1.1/title">Hamlet</h1>
    </div>
