[Agenda] New standards task force 28 June

Hello all,

We are meeting at 11:30am ET on Monday [1]. Here's an agenda, noting  
actions from last week [2]:

1) Use cases.

     - Anything missing? Note that we may not address all of them, and  
they don't have the same priority.
       Any volunteers to take an editorial pass, or simplify the list?

2) Outreach.

     - We've listed a number of organizations (and specs). I would  
like to find people to interview representatives from the ones we  
consider high priority, and (1) use the survey to gather data and (2)  
otherwise see if their needs, value propositions, and use cases are  
represented in the wiki.

    - Unless there are other comments, I'll start to ask people to  
fill out the survey:

      ACTION Ian: Revise the survey to lighten it up will send to list  
this week [done]

      I plan to start by asking current and former incubator group  
chairs to complete the survey as part of
      ACTION Ian: Contact existing/former XG chairs to ask about their  
experiences

    - ACTION Ian: "come up with twitter hash code and start tweeting".  
I have tweeted once using #openw3c.

    - ACTION Ian: Draft a letter to send to orgs with whom W3C has a  
liaison. [Not done]

3) Strawman proposals. I have started to take notes on proposals and  
ideas people have mentioned:

     I invite people to comment, add suggestions, and volunteer to  
craft more solid proposals that align with the use cases.

4) Next meeting.

    - I will be unavailable 1-6 July and so I anticipate the next call  
will be 12 July at 11:30am ET.
