  * Welcome
  * Introduction to the project: Making W3C the Place for New Web  
Standards

  * Review Work plan.
  * Creation of groups to work in parallel on finding candidate
    specs, building use cases and requirements, and identifying
    barriers to success.
  * Discussion of promotion and networking opportunities.
