That’s right, Snorre.  The videos of OBv3 wallet implementations is in that link.

Those teams participating in plugfest 2 as a wallet should be able to partner with any of the credential issuers, regardless of whether they participated in plugfest 1.  But for teams participating as credential issuers, they should look for partners that either have participated in plugfest 1 or provided a video.  Otherwise, it is difficult to know whether that wallet can display a VC in the OBv3 format that we are using for plugfest 2.  We are working with a final couple of wallet providers to share their videos.
