Re: TTML2 2e Outdated?

Hmm,https://www.w3.org/TR/2021/CR-ttml2-20210309/ is the latest CR snapshot according to https://www.w3.org/standards/history/ttml2/ and that does not have the banner. It looks like having the banner is okay, but the banner text is the problem, since it points to the TTML2 Rec and not the more recent CR snapshot. That's certainly not intentional.

I see that TTML2 2e CR<https://www.w3.org/TR/2020/CR-ttml2-20200128/> is showing an outdated banner, and points at the Generic TTML2 URL<https://www.w3.org/TR/ttml2/> which resolves to the earlier TTML2 1e REC<https://www.w3.org/TR/2018/REC-ttml2-20181108/> as its replacement. Is this intentional? If not, can this banner be removed, leaving the existing TTML2 2e CR as active?
