I see that TTML2 2e CR <https://www.w3.org/TR/2020/CR-ttml2-20200128/> is
showing an outdated banner, and points at the Generic TTML2 URL
<https://www.w3.org/TR/ttml2/> which resolves to the earlier TTML2 1e REC
<https://www.w3.org/TR/2018/REC-ttml2-20181108/> as its replacement. Is
this intentional? If not, can this banner be removed, leaving the existing
TTML2 2e CR as active?
