Looks like the ballot/bad link has been fixed, as per other emails. Looking at the group's documentation: We should update the wiki publications page also, since it is linked from the Charter Deliverables section. Atsushi, please could you look at that? Also, we are in the process (https://github.com/w3c/ttwg/pull/127) of updating the group home page to point to the new tool at https://www.w3.org/groups/wg/timed-text/publications And we have an in-progress timeline tool at https://www.w3.org/AudioVideo/TT/wip/TTWG-2019-spec-timeline.html Both of those latter two include IMSC 1.2.
