And now there is an AC ballot open which asks for a review of <https://www.w3.org/TR/2020/PR-ttml-imsc1.2-20200611/> which is 404, not found.

Clicking on the prior-version link and then asking for the latest version doesn’t find it either; it thinks the prior version IS the latest version.

Could the document be posted, please, or the ballot withdrawn?
