Re: Reducing meeting cadence was: {Draft Agenda} TTWG Meeting 2020-12-03

Hi Pierre,

thanks for this. I agree that we need to discuss something here; I would frame the question slightly differently. For me, it's about the momentum we have in working on our planned deliverables. Our meeting cadence should match the amount of work we need to discuss. I don't think this is very different from what you're suggesting, but I would rather have more things to discuss!

Happy to add it to the agenda.

kind regards,

Nigel

Subject: Reducing meeting cadence was: {Draft Agenda} TTWG Meeting 2020-12-03

Hi Nigel, Gary et al.,

I suggest adding the following topic to the agenda:

"""Should the frequency of TTWG telecons be reduced in absence of
major upcoming deliverables?"""

Maintenance items, e.g. fixing IMSC tests, can be done offline through github.

I would think a monthly cadence should be sufficient to tackle the
occasional controversial/complex topic and/or as a forcing function.

Best,
