I would really like to add the following point to the very beginning of 
the meeting:

I think that the discussion documented in the related issue 
https://github.com/w3c/ttml1/issues/209 brought some new insights and it 
is important to discuss how the TTWG specs TTML 1 & IMSC 1 and/or other 
specs that subset TTML  may handle this.
