@codecs registry

I was at DASH-IF meetings this week and they asked what the status was of
the @codecs profile code registry:

Can we wrap this up and create entries for the profiles we know about:

 

CFF-TT

EBU-TT

EBU-TT-D

IMSC1

IMSC2

SDP-US

 

Maybe give a week or two last call review for it?  Is there a W3C approval
process for such a thing?
