As currently specified, IMSC1 requires a different Image Profile document to be generated for every resolution version (HD, QHD, etc...) of the related video element. Specifically the renderer is not allowed to scale the root container to match the related video object when 'px' dimensions are used, and 'px' dimensions must be used if images are used.
