It's a good start but please don't talk about RFC6381 (except maybe for 
the choice of characters) and "stpp.ttml", MPEG will specify that. The 
TTML WG should just focus on a parameter definition for the 
application/ttml+xml MIME type. The way I see it you would have:

Content-Type: application/ttml+xml; profiles="A+B|C+D|E" (or whatever 
syntax or parameter name is chosen in the end)

Which MPEG will take to say, when the TTML document is stored in a track 
in an MP4 file, the codecs value for that track will be:

codecs="stpp.ttml.A+B|C+D|E"
and the MIME type for that MP4 file will be:

Content-Type: video/mp4; codecs="stpp.ttml.A+B|C+D|E"

Does that make sense?
