Re: mapping between TTML and WebVTT

Glenn,

I know you are currently working on a TTML2  mapping to CSS/HTML5.

But I had also understood that you were working on the mapping from TTML 
to WebVTT, but seemed to have misunderstood.

The charter [1] does say that this mapping from TTML to WebVTT should be 
published as a Working Group Note. So I am perfectly fine if we stick to 
this.

Now about the interest of this mapping, you don't seem to beleive there 
is interest. This issue should have probably be raised during the 
charter editing. Now it is in our deliverables.
