ISSUE-162: update standalone profile documents

There are a number of differences between the presentation profile feature set listed in TTML1SE and those present in the standalone document, which I've listed as a note on ISSUE-162 [1].

I've broken the feature differences into 3 sets:

  1.  Where TTML1SE has the feature as optional but the standalone doc shows it as mandatory (15 features)
  2.  Where TTML1SE adds optional features absent from the standalone doc (19 features)
  3.  Where the standalone doc references features not defined in TTML1SE (20 features)

As per Glenn's note on 27 June 2013 I propose that we simply update the standalone document to reflect what's in TTML1SE to resolve this issue. Note that this may impact the processing of any TTML1 documents that reference the standalone doc, because we did not update the URL in TTML1SE to reference a newer version.

An alternative proposal would be to create a new standalone document at a new URL and add the reference to it into the TTML1SE Errata document.
