I've added a note to ISSUE-162 identifying the differences between the standalone document for the presentation profile and what TTML1SE F.2 has.

I propose that this action can now be closed unless anyone wants to volunteer to repeat the exercise for other profiles (for which nobody has raised an issue so far).
