No TPWG call Wednesday, February 4th

Hi TPWG,

Apologies for the belated notice. It looks like we don't need a teleconference for tomorrow, Wednesday, February 4th. Instead, there are a few things to follow up in email:

* per Matthias on last week's call, please continue to review and send comments on TPE (by next Wednesday the 11th) as we wrap up the Last Call phase

* any comments on the changes made to Compliance would be welcome, links included below if you want an easier review [1]

* chairs will send out a separate email about confirming closure of issues that have apparently been resolved

Date of next call will be announced in email.
