I believe we're still waiting for specific text proposals on any changes to TPE in order to facilitate tracking status resources/responses from gateways and ad exchanges. I've created this wiki page for people to collect proposals: https://www.w3.org/wiki/Privacy/TPWG/Change_Proposal_Regarding_gateways_and_exchanges I've added a link to Shane's text about consent (though I suspect that would actually be a Compliance change). Feel free to add more proposals there, although also send to the mailing list so that everyone can see.
