For the record, we are disappointed and believe we were misled that there would be a go/no go discussion to coincide with the final July phone call. The process suggests that WC3 needs to open up a formal inquiry into how the process was addressed. We also do not believe the so-called June draft, in terms of process and substance, is the proper alternative to ensure user choice on tracking is respected. Jeff
