It's DNT with extensions turned on. DNT sends the signal that I don't want to be tracked - the server sends back a request for a UGE - if I like the site and content, I agree to the UGE and then add some extra data via the extensions to give me a better experience. Win for me - Win for the vendor - Win for the advertiser. About as simple as it can possibly be.
