Matthias,

Would it be possible to set aside 60 mins to discuss the "Global Considerations" document and begin to hammer out at least what the framework of the document will look like?  As this is now listed as an expected outcome of the working group, I believe we should spend at least a little bit of time on it to give it some fair weight in the face-to-face meeting.

Goal of the meeting

During the last meetings, our goal has been to resolve open issues. This created mutual understanding of our respective positions and enabled us to agree on most of the open issues. While we continue pursuing this goal, we will now accept that many issues cannot be resolved in a way that does not raise any objections.

During this meeting, we will put more focus on creating viable alternative texts as input for our decision procedure where the chairs call for objections and then analyse the resulting input to come to a conclusion that raises least objections.
