Hi public-tracking, For organizational and intellectual property reasons we would like all participants to become formal Participants by the Santa Clara f2f; please follow up with Nick if your status as Member or Invited Expert hasn't been worked out yet. Work will of course continue in public so in any case non-Participants can continue to follow email and teleconference discussions. If you're still in the paperwork process, the online TPAC registration (which closes October 21st; walkins pay a higher fee) may not be working for you; in that case, please contact Nick who can help resolve those issues. If you're not planning to formally join the Working Group but you would like to attend the face-to-face, please contact the chairs who may invite Observers as space allows and Nick who can help with the online registration. Consensus will be determined among the Participants and substantive contributions of text needs to come from the Participants. Let me know if you have any questions.
