Hello all,

After the call yesterday, and in email, there were several questions about registering for the second face-to-face meeting. It is a little confusing because our meeting is co-located with a series of other W3C meetings happening that week.

The Tracking Protection Working Group (that's us!) is meeting on Monday and Tuesday, October 31 and November 1. Please plan to attend those sessions if you can. There are other events you are optionally able to attend if you would like, but are not part of our meetings.

All of the links you need are available from: 


under the heading "Second Face-to-Face Meeting." Reminder: hotel deadline is Oct 10th, and early bird rates end on Oct 14th.

For the Technical Plenary Registration (which includes our 2-day meeting) available at http://www.w3.org/2002/09/wbs/35125/TPAC2011/ here is my quick advice for filling it all out:

	- Section 3, select "Attending as a participant in this group" for "Tracking Protection Working Group"
	- Section 4, same
	- Section 5, "I will NOT attend"		
	- Section 6, "I will NOT attend" 		
	- Section 7, "No"		

	- Section 8, as they choose	
	- Section 9, as they choose	
	- Section 10 & 11, 
		"Not attending that day"	
		Choose any one of the "with Chair's agreement" boxes

Section 12-14 should be obvious.
