This is now live.

The source of the documentation is now the testtwf-website-src
repository on GitHub. The content of testthewebforward.org is
automatically generated and pushed to the gh-pages branch of the
testtwf-website repo, by Travis whenever there's a new commit to the
source. Going forward the testtwf-website repository should only contain
generated files, no source.

Thanks to Robin for doing the repo admin bits and all the people who
provided review and feedback. There are no doubt some things that still
need to be fixed up, but I think this is a big improvement compared to
the previous state of the site.
