Testing Update for 7 October 2014

Hello everyone

Here is the update on last week's activities at web-platform-test,
csswg-test, wptserve, wptrunner and TestTWF-website repos.
There was a big improvement at the TestTWF-website.  Thank you, James,
Robin, Rebecca and all the people involved.

Excluding merges, 7 authors have pushed 9 commits to master and 15 commits
