Testing Update for 30 September 2014

Hello everyone

Here is the update on last week's activities at web-platform-test,
csswg-test, wptserve, wptrunner and TestTWF-website repos.

Excluding merges, 12 authors have pushed 7 commits to master and 25 commits
to all branches.
On master, 8 files have changed and there have been 207 additions and 70

We have received 8 Active Pull Requests this week,of which 6 have been
merged.
