RE: "Help" channels in terms of testing

Based on all feedback on the list, it seems that we have reached a consensus to consolidate to a single public facing channel. All relevant resources are well documented in testing wiki page.

Thanks to everyone for making it happen.

Can't agree more. 

Pruned the doc to its bare essentials[1]. Compiled those resources in the testing wiki's liaison page[2] for future reference and consolidation.
