Some comments on the draft charter

Hi all,
I'm new to this list. My name is Giuseppe and I'm one of the co-chairs of
the Web and TV IG.

I was looking at the draft charter [1] and I have a couple of additions I
would like to suggest. I hope is not too late.

1.I would like to add another bullet under "The purpose of the Testing
Interest Group is to:"

[[[
* support the testing and certification efforts of other specification
groups (outside W3C) that are using (referencing) web technologies
]]]

For avoidance of doubt, I'm not asking W3C to "certify" web technology,
but just to this group to act as an interface for other groups out there
that are using web technologies and help them to understand what is
available and how could they use it.

2. I would propose to add the web and TV IG to the list of Dependencies.
Testing was one of the topics discussed by the WEB+TV IG during his F2F in
Berlin, so I believe would be of interest for the people in that group to
be informed about the progress of this activity and maybe even give some
feedbacks from a slightly different perspective to this group.

Thanks,
/g
