I've been looking at how to add, in a clear way, some of the test requirements I have for ARIA and other WAI groups into the test requirements page http://www.w3.org/wiki/Testing/Requirements. I've been finding it difficult to integrate them into the existing structure, and would like to propose a new organization for the requirements. My goal would be to add my own plus the ones I see on the existing page (the ones I can understand), and end up with an organization that facilitates addressing various pieces of the puzzle separately more easily. If successful, we can build off that version for whatever I miss plus additional new requirements. Would there be concerns with me introducing this change to the wiki page? It would come across more as a new page than as a regular set of edits, though it would be rollback-able.
