Thanks Merrilea, I had wondered myself about the last of those and agree they are all valid. Currently there is no property for them but they could be part of the general job description. I always wonder where the balance should lie between having a specific property for each requirement type versus having a generic jobRequirement property for everything. Of course there is the compromise of having some specific properties and a otherJobRequirement property to catch the rest. Thoughts anyone?
