Except that, I would update your example in 6.2 to mentions that "instance 1" is installed then uninstalled and "instance 2" is then installed. Your example otherwise is doing a risky assumption that you can install twice the same application and I do not think we should allow that because the manifest URL is the identifier of an application (instance) so we can't have two installed application with the same manifest URL.
