It's not really clear what is supposed to happen if I'm in another application and an alarm from a different application goes off (I guess it's kinda platform specific, but maybe this can be clarified a little bit?). The original intent was to have the Alarm API using a System Message instead to notify an application. I am not sure why this hasn't been included in the specification. -- Mounir
