Hi,

I wonder if I miss something here, but I believe that Semantic Web 
Services are not  meant to fill up any gaps left in the semantic web. 
They are infact an implementation of semantic web technologies  to 
distributed computing paradigms such as web services. so I do not see 
any scope for that kind of comparisons here.  Maybe you or others can 
provide more ideas on that?
