Position Paper: W3C Workshop on Semantic Web for Life Sciences

We attach the second of two position papers we would like to submit for consideration to the
W3C Workshop on Semantic Web for Life Sciences.

In this position paper, we outline how  the chemical semantic web  is a
fundamental layered component of lifescience.  It will use  XMLSchema as its fundamental implementation and delivery tool., and ontology will be added through a mixture of XMLSChema-like  dictionaries and RDF/OWL.
