preliminary report draft/pls check

have opened a page or each option ahead, would be good i someone could take
the lead in the respective efforts

I am not sure the preliminary report conforms to what W3C expects at this
stage but this is the best we could come up with

I am especially happy to see so much interested work being done without
even a single group call!

Honestly, I cannot remember what exactly SWISIG stands for (due to
cognitive overload or  dissolution of the cage?)

does anyone remember?

semantic wen interfaces specification interest group


anything else?

 a  final pass will be made shortly and the report sent to W3C to see
if  what we are doing is of any use
