Sweo telcon-late excuse - summary info gathering

Hi Sweo,

additionally to this, I completly forgot that I am on a meeting in 
Hannover at the moment....
sorry...... I can't attend.

Short summary on InfoGathering, perhaps Ivan or Kingsley want to tell 
something about what we did:

* we are working on the wiki preparing a howto for people how to publish 
their data for sweo [1]
* we thought about the legal issues, the proposed solution is to require 
all contributors to annotate their RDF streams with creativecommons 
(Luckily cc is one of the first insitutions to propose RDF to annotate 
the copyright and license!)
* Kingsley is doing the data aggregator,
* we thing about a nice url such as sweo.semanticweb.org/data but didn't 
agree yet on a Url.

asking Stefan Decker to make this domain should not take long, .. (I can 
phone him, but Ina or others could also walk into his office, if he is 
ever there along his travels...)
