I've just tried dialling into Zakim, and all I get is an engaged tone. Lets
therefore use the freeconference number that Ivan sent out. Please see
below for the number.
Cheers,
Susie

We used it yesterday for RIF, and it worked well. Use "6" to mute and
unmute.
The big difference from Zakim was in not having people automatically
identified. The chair should decide whether it's important to have an
accurate attendee list. If it's not important, I suggest just skipping
it, because it's a pain.
If it is important, then you'll want to listen carefully for the beeps
when someone joins and make sure you have recorded their name, etc. The
phrasing I've heard is the chair or Team Contact saying, "Welcome to
SWEO, who is calling, please?" if they don't say their name as they
join. (If you type on IRC a line like "+Ivan" or "+Sandro" then the
bots will do the usual things with the attendee list.)
